Coming to you from Doc's Crock's is this wonderful 2 Gallon Jug made and stamped by the "New York Stoneware Company, Fort Edward, N.Y."  
 
This company was in operation from 1859-1885.
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and a Bluebird on a Branch Decoration.  The bird is executed in strong cobalt.  Stands 14" tall. 
 
Very Good Condition.  An 1/8" chip inside and a 1/2" chip on top of the rim, a 1" chip on the bottom of the right side, and some scattered light staining from use.   No hairlines, cracks, or restoration.  The small chip on the front of the spout is in the making and glazed over.
