Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this 19th Century Large French Cake Mold.
This mold is in the form of the Baby Jesus in Swaddling Clothes and was used to make a Traditional Christmas King Baby Jesus Cake.
It is the largest food mold that I have ever seen. It measures 17" long, 7 1/2" wide, and 2 3/4" tall. It is yellow glaze on stoneware.
Excellent Condition. A single 3/8" chip on each side of the rim. That's it! No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
