Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Yellow Ware Lidded Jar. 
 
This mold is stamped on the bottom, "Hoganas", a Swedish firm that worked from 1840-1870.  Their work is known for few impurities and great color.  
 
Dating to the mid 19th century, this Jar features Strong Yellow Color and the Original Matching Lid.  Stands 7" tall. 
 
Good Condition. The jar has an X-shaped hairline on the underside as shown.  Otherwise, no rim chips, cracks, stains, or restoration.  The lid has a 1" chip inside with an associated hairline running 3 quarters of the way across.  No top chips, stains, or restoration.
