Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Fancy Pitcher in the Algerian Pattern made and stamped by "Haynes Balt."
 
This is the mark of the Haynes Chesapeake Pottery of Baltimore.
 
Dating around 1900, this beauty has an Exotic Pattern with Raised Rim with Embossed Ribbons on a Green Glaze; Bulbous Body with Red, Blue and Green Decoration on a White Glaze; and Raised Footer with Different Embossed Ribbons on a Green Glaze.  Measures 7 1/4" to the top of the handle.  
 
Very Good Condition.  A single pinhead-size nibble inside the rim (closeup 1), and two 1/2" lines inside- the one on the left is inside only and the one on the right is faintly visible outside (closeup 2). Some wear to the gold overlay around the top.  
 
I have a very similar tall mug at the time of this listing as pictured above.
