Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made by "Hamilton and Jones, Greensboro, PA ." 
 
This is the work of Frank Hamilton and John Jones who worked in Greensboro, PA from 1865 to 1897 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 154-157). 
 
Circa 1880, this beauty features the Company Advertising in a Paisley Shape with Vining as the Outer Border.  Stands 11 3/4" tall. 
 
Very Good Condition. Two connected 1" chips on the bottom front edge.  That's it!  No spout chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
