Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made and stamped by "F. H. Cowden, Harrisburg." 
 
This is the mark of John Wallace Cowden who ran the company with this stamp from 1880-1888. (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 55-58)
 
This beauty features the pottery stamp on the shoulder and one of this pottery's signature decorations, a Stenciled Cobalt Snowflake in Bright and Shiny Cobalt.  The stencil is crisp and complete too!  Stands 11 1/4" tall.
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.  A small stone ping in the back in the making.
