Made in England in the late 19th century, this beauty features a Cylandrical Base with Dotted and Beaded Trim Work, and the Bust of a Very Happy Child on Top.  Stands 9" tall.
 
Very Good Condition. Chips and nibbles around the base.  No other chips or any hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
