Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Stoneware Jar made for the merchant, "E. B. Taylor, Richmond, VA."
 
This beauty was made by A. P. Donaghho of Parkersburg, W.V. Donaghho ran his pottery in Parkersburg from 1874-1900.
 
This jar features a Tooled Rim with Groove for Ease of Tying a Cover Over the Top, and the Company Advertising Stenciled in Cobalt on a Light Gray Glaze.  Stands 10" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Overall light staining fromuse.  That's it!  No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
