Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 5 Gallon Stoneware Jar made by "Donaghho Co., Parkersburg, W.V."
 
A. P. Donaghho ran his pottery in Parkersburg from 1874-1900.
 
This beauty features the Capacity Number Flanked by Division Signs, and the Company Name and Address Stenciled Across the Front in Large Letters.   Stands 15 3/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.   A small chip on the left handle (3/8") and two nibbles on the right handle (1/8", 1/16").  That's it!  No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  The shallow chip on the rim in the front is in the making and glazed over.
