It was made by A. P. Donaggho of Perkersburg, WV (1874-1900)
This beauty features a Crisp Diagonal Stencil with Center Double Arrow in Bold Cobalt. Don't you just love the phrase, "China Palace!" Stands 9 3/4" tall.
Excellent Condition. Some surface wear around the middle. That's it! No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
