Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Stoneware Jar with Brushed Cobalt Decoration.
Circa 1870 and coming from Baltimore, Maryland, this beauty features a Tooled Rim with Groove for Ease of Tying a Cover Over the Top and Four Brushed Leaves in Bright and Shiny Cobalt. Stands 9 1/2" tall.
Excellent Condition. A single 1/2" chip outside the rim. No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. Not quite cylindrical in the making.
