Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Stoneware Jar from Baltimore, Maryland. 
 
Circa 1870, this beauty features Three Huge Brushed Cobalt Tulips Around the Middle.  Each sports 5 leaves and a blossom with 5 petals.  The cobalt is bright and beautiful.  Also, not a typical Baltimore decoration, but boy, they did it right!  Stands 13" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Two chips on the outside of the rim (1/2", 3/4"). That's it!  No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
