Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this 2 Gallon Stoneware Crock stamped "Lyons."  
 
The decoration indicates that this is the work of Thompson Harrington who ran the pottery in Lyons, New York from 1852 to 1872 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, pp. 73-74).
 
This beauty sports the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, Freehand "2" Capacity Number, and a Brushed Cobalt Leaf.  Stands 14" tall.
 
Good Condition.  A 1/2" chip on the bottom of the right side and overall staining from use.  No spout chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
