Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Stoneware Merchant Jug made for "M. Greenbaum, Wine & Liquor Dealer, 152 West Pratt Street, Baltimore."
 
Made around 1875, this beauty features Four Lines of Impressed Advertising with Cobalt Wash.  Stands 10 1/2" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  A flat 1/2" chip on the back of the spout.  That's it! No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  A kiln touch on the shoulder and a 1" partially stone ping on the bottom of the left side in the making.
