Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Platter marked "F. & Sons, Burslem" with a Banner containing the Word "Dudley".  
 
This is the work of Ford & Sons of Burslem, England and the Pattern is the Dudley Pattern.  
 
Circa 1900, this platter is 10-Sided with Extruded Handles and Flow Blue Coloration.  Often pictured resting under a matching soup tureen.  Measures 14" long and 9 1/2" wide across the middle.  
 
Excellent Condition. A single pinhead-size nibble on the footer.  No utensil marks or scratches.
