Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 10 1/4" Spongeware Charger.
 
Dating to the mid-19th century, this beauty features a Scalloped Edge with Embossed Scroll Border, and Gorgeous Sponging with Lots of Little White Circles Showing Through.  Rarely does the scrolling stand out so strongly as it does on this piece.  Measure 10 1/4" in diameter.
 
Excellent Condition.   A 1/4" chip on the underside at one of the tripod marks from the making (just above 9 o'clock in the picture).  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
