Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 10 1/4" Spongeware Charger.
 
Dating to the mid-19th century, this beauty features a Scalloped Edge with Embossed Scroll Border, and Gorgeous Sponging with an Interesting Row of White Sections through the Middle.  Rarely does the scrolling stand out so strongly as it does on this piece.  Measure 10 1/4" in diameter.
 
Excellent Condition. A few stray utencil marks. Otherwise as made. Very light use.
