Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this gorgeous 4 Gallon Stoneware Churn.  I am attributing it to either Ohio or Wisconsin.
 
Circa 1860, this beauty features a Tall Sleek Form with Rounded Rim, Tooled Shoulder with the Capacity Number Surrounded by Broad Cobalt Brush Strokes, and a Bulbous Body with Brushed Cobalt Tulip with Four Looped Leaves and a Blossom with Five Petals. Stands 16"
 
Excellent Condition.  A single 1/2" chip on the bottom in the back.  That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  Exceptionally clean example.
