Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Ovoid Jar from the Northeast.  
 
Circa 1830, this beauty features an Ovoid Shape, Tall Rim, Tooled Shoulder, Applied Grooved Handles with Cobalt Accent on the Front Terminal, and a Brushed Cobalt Plant Rising from Ground Cover Framed by the Capacity on Each Side.  Measures 9" tall and 7" wide across the top.
 
Very Good Condition.  Seven smaller chips (under 1/2") and one larger one (1") inside the rim, three small chips outside the rim (1/8" to 3/8"), and a flat 5/8" flake on top of the right handle.  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
