Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this fantastic Blue and White Spongeware Staffordshire Wash Bowl.  
 
Dating to the early 19th century, this beauty features a Rich and Controlled Blue Sponging Inside from the Top to Near the Bottom,, a 6-Pointed Star at the Bottom, and a Band of Sponging around the Middle on the Outside.  Measures 13" in diameter and  4 1/2" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Some minor scratches on the inside bottom and minor wear around the edge from use.  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
