Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this gorgeous Blue and White Spongeware Staffordshire Pitcher and Bowl.

Dating to the early 19th century, this duo features a pitcher with a Classic Form with Graceful Spout, Embossed Ring around the Shoulder, Bulbous Body, Pronounced Footer. Sweeping Handle with Embossed Trim. and Rich Dark Sponging Down to the Footer. The bowl has dark cobalt sponging halfway down the interior.   The pitcher measures 10" tall to the top of the handle, and the bowl measures 13" in diameter and 4 1/4" tall.

I bought these separately nearly a decade ago.  The pattern match is very close and the color match is dead-on.

Very Good to Excellent Condition.  The pitcher has a 3/8" flake on the underside, and some stains inside and underside from use.  The bowl has a small stain inside at the bottom and a 1/4" chip on the bottom of the footer.  A typical firing line where the footer meets the bowl about half way around in the making.  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration on either piece.
