Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Stoneware Bottle made and stamped for "A. McFarland 1846."
McFarland was a bottler in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the mid-19th century.
This beauty features the Spout and Shoulder Dipped in Ochre and the Company Name and Date Impressed on the Shoulder. Stands 9 3/4" tall.
Very Good Condition. A 3/4" wide chip on the bottom of the right side and two shallow flakes on the underside at the edge (3/4", 1"). No spout chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. Any roughness on the top of the spout is in the making.
