Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this uncommon Yellow Ware Butter Crock with Lid.
 
Circa 1900 to 1920, this beauty features Three White Slip Stripes on the Body and Lid.  This configuration is uncommon.  Measures 3 3/4" tall and 5 3/4" wide across the top.  
 
Good Condition.  Two 1" lines from the rim not seen outside, three small narrow chips outside the rim (1/8" to 1/4"), and glaze crazing of age.  No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.  A 1/2" chip on the base in the making and glazed over.  The lid has minor nibbles on the underside at the edge and glaze crazing of age.  No top chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
