Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Yellow Ware Beater Jar that reads, "Compliments of J. L. Lofstedt, Lake Norden, S.D." 
 
Circa 1900-1920, this jar was given away by Lofstedt as a premium  to drum up more business.  
 
This beauty features Three White Slip Stripes around the Jar and the Company Advertising in Three Lines.  Stands 5 1/2".
 
Very Good Condition.  A faint 1/1/4" hairline at the rim (closeups both directions), and a small stain inside at the bottom.  No rim or base chips, cracks, outer stains, or restoration.  A 1/2" chip on the bottom of the left side in the making and glazed over.
