    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this English Yellow Ware Master Salt.  


    Dating to the last half of the 19th century, this beauty features the Protruding Rim, Bulbous Body, Pedestal Base, Blue and White Slip Bands, and Rich Yellow Coloration. Stands 2" tall and 2 3/4" wide.  


    You can see similar examples in Lisa McAllister, Collector's Guide to Yellow Ware, Book III, pp. 49-51. 


    Excellent Condition.  Two extremely minor pinprick-size nips on the rim.  No other apologies.  Two small glaze skips on the underside of the bowl portion in the making.
