Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made and stamped for "Turner &  Bunnell, 54 Montgomery St., Jersey City."
 
Turner & Bennell were grocers with stores in Jersey City and Morristown, New Jersey from just after the Civil War to almost 1900.  They specialized in teas and coffees from around the world.  Bennell eventually became the Mayor of Morristown.
 
This beauty features the Company Advertising Impressed on the Shoulder and a Teapot Impressed Below-- all with Cobalt Wash.  Stands 11" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Minor surface ping line on the top of the spout on the left side (closeup).  That's it!  Otherwise no chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
