It is easy to attribute to the Fulper Brothers of Flemington, N. J.
 
Dating around 1900, this beauty features Unusual Stenciling-- Hugh 3" Hollow Letters Topped by A Detailed Profile of the Owners!  Stands 15 1/2" tall. 
 
Very Good Condition.  A chip on the back of the spout and side of the handle (closeup).  That's it!  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  A few small stone pings in the making.
