Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Preserve Jar with Bird on a Branch.
 
It was made by the Fulper Pottery of Flemington, New Jersey (M. Lelyn Branin, The Early Makers of Handcrafted Earthenware and Stoneware in Central and Southern New Jersey, pp. 132-137).
 
This beauty features a Folky Bird on a Branch Decoration.  The decoration is comprised of rich and shiny cobalt! Stands 11 1/2" tall.   
 
Excellent Condition.  Even wear around the inner rim where the lid would sit, and very light scattered staining from use.  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
