Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Yellow Ware Beater Jar made for "Pinecrest Dairy."  These were given away as premiums by dairies at the beginning fo the 20th century.
 
You can see similar jars in Lisa McAllister and John Michel, Collector's Guide to Yellow Ware , Book I, p. 78. 
 
This beauty features Two Dark Brown Slip Stripes at the Top and the Dairy Name and Emblem of a Pinetree on the Crest of a Hill.  Stands 5 1/4" Tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Some light crazing.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
