Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Crock from the Midwest.
Circa 1880, this beauty features a Square Tooled Rim, Inscribed Shoulder, Freehand "2" Capacity Number, and a Brushed Cobalt Potted Plant with Three Blossoms. Nice light gray glaze with shiny cobalt. Measures 9 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" wide across the top.
Exceptional Condition. As made. No damage of any kind. Not sure it was ever used.
