Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Unusual Large Butter Crock with Embossed Decoration.
 
Dating around 1900-1920, this beauty features Two Embossed Butterflies and Two Grapevines with Bunches of Grapes.  Brown and cream coloration.  Measures 6 1/4" tall and 9 1/2" wide across the top.
 
I rarely see this pattern. 
 
Excellent Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.  A shallow crease in the clay in one bunch of grapes in the making.
