Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 19th Century Cast Iron Mortar and Pestle.
This beauty features the Foundry Mark "E F" on both the bottom of the Mortar and on the side of the Pestle. The mortar measures 3" tall and 5 1/4" wide across the top and the pestle measures 7 1/4" long.
Good Condition. I am used to grading stoneware, so not sure how to grade this! A 1/4" chip on the top of the mortar. Please look at the pictures carefully.
