Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1/2 Gallon Script Jug made for "Julius Solomon, 225 Springfield Ave., Newark, N.J."  
 
Solomon commissioned this jug from the Fulper Pottery in Flemington, N.J.  
 
Circa 1900-1920, this beauty features the Little 1/2 Gallon Size, Platform Shape, and Four Lines of Bold Cobalt Script Advertising that Fills the Front.  Stands 9 3/4" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  Two 1/8" nibbles and a ping on the spout (closeup), two 1/8" nibbles and a 1/2" ping on the side of the handle, some minor nibbles around the edge of the platform, and a 1/2" chip on the right side at the bottom.  No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
