    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 3 Gallon Cream Pot made and stamped by "F. H. Cowden, Harrisburg." 

     

    This is the mark of John Wallace Cowden who ran the company with this stamp from 1880-1888 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 55-58)

     

    This beauty features the Cream Pot Form, Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and a Stenciled Snowflake in Cobalt Blue.  Measures 11 1/2" tall and 10" wide across the top. 

     

    Excellent Condition.  Some water glass staining inside from use, and a narrow 1" chip on the underside at the edge.  That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
