Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this unusual 3 Gallon Stoneware Crock from the Midwest.
Circa 1880, this beauty features a Capacity Number "3" Framed on Three Sides by Triangles Composed of Dots. There are 42 dots (why must I always count them?!). Measures 10" tall and 10" wide.
Exceptional Condition. As made. No damage of any kind. A kiln touch on the rim by the left handle in the making.
