Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 6 Gallon Stoneware Crock from the Midwest.  
 
Circa 1870, this beauty features a Honey Brown Glaze decorated with a 6 Capacity Number Riding a Tornado, and a Brushed Cobalt Tulip with Three Leaves and a Blossom with Six Petals.  Measures 12 1/2" tall and 13" wide across the top.
 
Very Good Condition. Water glass staining inside, some scattered pinhead-size glaze nibbles on the front bottom, and a 1/2" chip on the underside at the edge.  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, outer stains, or restoration.
