Item 12084
Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this unusual 3 Gallon Crock from the Midwest.
Circa 1870, this beauty features a Warm Salt Glaze, Freehand 3 Capacity Number underscored by "Cat's Whiskers", and a Freehand Flower with Three Striped Leaves and a Puffy Blossom. Not a flower I have encountered before on Midwestern stoneware. Measures 10 3/4" tall and 10 1/4" wide across the top.
Excellent Condition. A few scattered light stains. That's it! No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
