Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this 3 Gallon Decorated Stoneware Jar made by "A. P. Donaghho, Parkersburg, W.V."
A. P. Donaghho made stoneware in Parkersburg, West Virginia from 1874 to 1900.
This beauty features a Tooled Rim with Groove for Ease of Tying a Cover over the Top, and the the Company Advertising (incomplete on the left side) underscored by the Capacity Number Flanked by Sheaves of Wheat. Stands 13 1/2" tall.
Excellent Condition. A 1/4" chip under the right handle. That's it! No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
