Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Yellow Ware Pitcher in the Grazing Cow Pattern.

It was made by A. E. Hull Pottery Company of Ohio in the early 1900's as was marketed as a "Dairy Jug" (Thank you, Steve Stone, stoneware guru!)

This beauty features a Medallion with Two Grazing Cows on Each side, with a Rope and Scroll Border Top and Bottom, and a Rope Handle.

This pitcher came in 3 sizes, and this is the uncommon medium size: 7 1/2"

Excellent Condition.  Some light staining inside at the bottom, a 1/4" chip inside the rim, a very faint 1 1/2" hairline from the rim by the handle, and a 3/8" flat chip on the underside of the footer (possibly in the making).  No outer rim chips, cracks, or restoration.
