Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Yellow Ware Spongeware Hanging Salt Crock.
 
Dating around 1900, this beauty features a Multi-Colored Sponging in a Chickenwire Pattern.  There are shades of green, brown, and black in the coloration. Measures 6" tall and 5 1/4" across the bottom.  
 
Good Condition.  A 5/8" chip on the left wall brace on the back at the bottom and a 1" hairline in the opposite wall brace at the bottom from contact with the wall.  Two chips on the underside at the edge (1/2", 5/8").  No rim or hanger chips, body hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
