Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Cute Little Butter Crock made for the Merchant, "Wm. Scott & Co., Importers, Tea and Coffee."

It was likely made by Swasey of Portland, Maine, and I suspect that is the state this company worked in.

This beauty features a Small and Low Butter Crock Form with Brown Top Trim and a Stenciled Label with Three Lines of Advertising in a Rectangular Frame.  The tea and coffee theme on a butter crock is intriguing!  Measures 3 1/2" tall and 8" wide across the top.

Excellent Condition.  A single 1/8" nibble inside the rim.  That's it!  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.

    Ships double-boxed, insured, and FREE
