Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Miniature Teapot advertising the "James Van Dyk Co., Teas & Coffees."
 
This piece was probably made by the Sherwood Bros. Pottery, New Brighton, PA (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 141-42).
 
Dating around 1900, this beauty features a Miniature Teapot Form with Advertising. Stands 3 3/4" tall to the top of the finial.
 
Excellent Condition.  The teapot base is as made condition. No damage of any kind.  The lid has two chips on the top edge (1/4", 3/8").
