Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 4 Gallon Spongeware Ice Water Cooler made and stamped on the back, "Improved Sanitary Water Cooler, Fulper Pottery Co., Flemington, N.J."  
 
Dating to the early 20th century, this beauty features a Molded Barrel Form with Four Incised Hoops Top and Bottom, "Ice Water" on the Front, the Company Advertising on the Back, and Blue and Cream Sponging!   Stands 13 1/2" tall.  Comes with what may or may not be the original lid (close match at least). 
 
Excellent Condition.  A minor surface ping inside the rim (1 1/2")(closeup 1) and water glass staining inside from use.  That's it! No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  The lid has some water glass staining from use, a 1" chip on the outer edge (closeup 2) and on the side of the inner seating ring, and two minor faint 1" hairlines from the rim.  No restoration.
