Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Rare Blue and Gray Stoneware Ice Bucket made by the Whites Pottery of Utica, N.Y.
It was made between 1890 and 1907 when Whites made their skillful molded stoneware.
This beauty is molded to look like a wooden bucket with staves and metal hoops. Both sides feature a Block of Ice Held By Ice Tongs. Measures 4 1/4" tall and 6 1/4" wide across the top.
Excellent Condition. An 1/8" nibble and 3/8" chip on the outside of the rim (closeup) and a minor 1/4" flake on the footer. That's it! No inner rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
