    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Pair of Yellow Ware Pitchers by the Morton Pottery of Morton, Illinois.  


    Circa the 1940's, this duo features Slightly Canted Sides, Graceful Spout, Applied Handles, and the Woodland Pattern Glaze in Browns, Greens, and Reds on Yellow.  Stands 4 1/2" and 4 3/4" tall.


    Excellent Condition.  The slightly smaller pitcher has a tiny 3/16" chip on the bottom edge (bottom picture at 9 o'clock).  The slightly larger pitcher is some pinprick-size flea bites inside the rim on one side and on one side of the handle.   No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration on either piece.
