Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made for "Herman Strauss, Wholesale Liquors, Galesburg, Ill." 
 
Made between 1900 and 1920, this beauty features a Fancy Stenciled Label with Three Lines of Advertising Framed by a Decorative Border.  Stands 11" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  Two shallow and small 1/4" flakes on the spout that are professionally restored, a 1/2" chip at the base in the back, and some chips on the underside on the footer that are invisible when the jug is sitting.  No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
