    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Commemorative Plaque for William Ewart Gladstone (1809-1898) who was a prominent British Statesman during the Victorian era.  

     

    Probably dating to 1898, the year of his death, this beauty features a Picture Frame Form with a Portrait of Gladstone in the Center.  Scalloped Edge of Black, Green, Aqua, and White Sponging with some Gold Overlay.  A couple openings at the top to facilitate hanging the plaque on the wall.  Measures 7 3/4" wide and 8 1/2' tall.  

     

    Excellent Condition.  A minor 1/8" nibble on the back of the left bottom corner.  That's it!  No front chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. 

     

    Ships double-boxed, insured, and FREE.
