Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this uncommon Blue and White Bricker's Cookie Jar. Brickers are small cookies popular in Pennsylvania.
 
This piece is featured in Terry Taylor and Terry & Kay Lowrance, Collector's Encyclopedia of Salt Glaze Stoneware, p 187. 
 
Dating to the early 20th century, this beauty features the Stenciled "Cooke Jar, Brickers" on the front with Diffused Blue Coloration.  Measures 7 1/4" tall and 8 1/2" at its widest. 
 
Excellent Condition. An 1/8" chip on the seating ring inside were a lid would sit, and a 1/2" chip on the front at the bottom.  That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
