Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Unusual 9" Stoneware Crock Lid with Embossed Grapes.
 
Circa 1880, this beauty features Four Embossed Decorations of a Bunch of Grapes Hanging from Two Leaves.  Measures 9" in diameter and fits in a crock with an opening at least 7" in diameter.
 
Very Good Condition.  Some water glass staining around the knob, a 1/2" chip on the underside of the rim, and a 1" chip on the outside of the seating ring on the underside.  No top chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
