Dating to the late 19th century, this beauty features a Flower within a Circle on the Inside Bottom, a Stripe 2" down from the Rim Filled to the Top with Careful Sponging, 3 Center Stripes, and More Careful Sponging at the Base. Measures 5" tall and 14 1/2" wide across the top.
